If you don’t love it, just let us know. We have a free 30-day return policy on our tennis bracelets and you can return it for a full refund! So much design and engineering has gone into these, that we believe you will absolutely love it, but if you don’t, do not hesitate to return it!
We ship your package fully insured using FedEx Express and require a signature upon delivery. We email every customer after they order to see if they prefer for it to be held at a FedEx near their home, in case they won’t be home (or in case they want to hide it from the future wearer)!
No, these are premium lab created diamonds and are physically, chemically, and structurally identical to natural diamonds in every way. These will test as a diamond because they are diamonds (just happen to be made in a lab)!
If you don’t know your wrist size, we can help using a photo (just order the 7″ and then reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the person who will be wearing it). Alternatively, you can measure the person’s wrist. To measure, check the person’s wrist size just past the carpal bone and then round up to the nearest size we offer. If you need a size larger than 7″, we’d be happy to custom make one for you (for a minimal upcharge) — just contact us here.
Because The Everyday Tennis Bracelet’s diamonds are linked in the middle instead of the bottom (to avoid skin being pinched in the links), there is an ever so slightly larger gap between each diamond which is barely noticeable, but it adds up over a bracelet of 60 diamonds. This means that we need to use larger diamonds to achieve the same carat weight as traditional tennis bracelets, giving the illusion that The Everyday Tennis Bracelet is about a carat larger than their traditional counterparts.
