Our 30-Day Return Policy
Engagement rings and wedding rings are a once-in-a-lifetime purchase and we want you to be happy with yours! We have a return and exchange policy so that you can be sure you feel great about your ring. Because we have to release funds for your water project, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your ring if you intend to return it. Besides the return policy, your ring is always backed by our lifetime warranty and includes free resizing, repolishing, and cleaning for life.
How to Return or Exchange a Ring
It’s pretty simple. Just contact us by shooting us an email, sending us a text, or giving us a call. It’s never fun having to return something, but we will work with you and make it as easy as possible.
What do I need to Include in my Return?
You must include the ring, the ring box, and any original documentation. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, and all rings, diamonds, and gemstones will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed.
What about Custom Orders?
Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable, but they are still backed by our lifetime warranty and include free resizing, repolishing, and cleaning for life. Of course, if we made a mistake on your order we will be more than happy to fix it, and will want to fix it! Custom orders include rings that have custom engravings, fingerprint engravings, custom sizes, design alterations, or custom designs.
